It's Biden?! Are You Kidding?

It seems odd to me that Biden is Obama's choice for VPOTUS when, at the very least, it should be the other way around. Of course, nobody would vote for Biden, either. I still say their best choice was Hillary.

And after I stayed up, filled with all the excitement of a child at Christmas, waiting for that legendary text message so I'd be the first to know... the cat was out of the bag well before that, courtesy of ABC and CNN. Blew another one, eh Barry?

I don't like Biden, but I do respect him. He has the experience and the resume and the mouth to go with it, but that's not always a bad thing. But isn't Joe a big fan of those pesky lobbyists that Obama is always lambasting? 'Both Ways Barack' is at it again...

Another recent gem from Obama:

Everybody’s watching what’s going on in Beijing right now with the Olympics , Think about the amount of money that China has spent on infrastructure. Their ports, their train systems, their airports are vastly the superior to us now, which means if you are a corporation deciding where to do business you’re starting to think, “Beijing looks like a pretty good option."

Huh. The last I heard, China is decades behind the West in almost every area except their very modern military. Now the Beijing facade was a pretty one, to be sure, but a facade nonetheless, designed to fool the casual Olympics observer (NBC sure bought into it!). But what about oppressing their people, stamping out free speech and expression, no freedom of religion....?

Yeah, sounds like a great place to do business. Damnit, if America wasn't so screwed up, we could be just like China, right Senator? Color me envious.

The race is on in earnest. I hope that you're all paying attention.

The Spit and Whittle Club idiots electing a marxist and a socialist scares the crap out of me. OK, you don't like McCain, but you REALLY won't like the Dems choice.The mantra, hope and change simply means you hope you'll have change left when these two find out they can't pay everything by robbing those crooked oil companies. Everybody knows the oil companies shouldn't make a profit. Why it's un-American.
